{"id":3219,"date":"2017-12-08T17:47:47","date_gmt":"2017-12-08T16:47:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/opticagracia.com\/?page_id=3219"},"modified":"2025-02-11T22:58:37","modified_gmt":"2025-02-11T21:58:37","slug":"aviso-de-devoluciones","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.opticagracia.com\/en\/aviso-de-devoluciones\/","title":{"rendered":"Notice of returns"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Return policy<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #252b65;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All articles found in <strong>opticagracia.co.uk<\/strong> are guaranteed by the best commercial firms and therefore we can offer the highest quality and the best guarantee to our customers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All branded glasses have a unique, non-transferable and exclusive numbering that identifies them as being sold by <strong>opticagracia.co.uk<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The package is considered to have been dispatched as soon as the carrier has delivered the product to the customer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The customer must check the product upon delivery and report any transport damage within 48 hours of receipt and keep the carrier's receipt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 working days from the date of delivery of your order to return it.<\/p>\n<h3>Conditions<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <strong>delivery and collection costs<\/strong> in case of return shall be <strong>at the customer's expense<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">To make any returns, <strong>the product must be in perfect, unused and untouched condition and in its original unbroken packaging, in perfect condition.<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Any item that does not reach us in perfect condition and with its packaging in optimum condition will not be credited.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In order to exercise this right of return, the customer must contact the company by e-mail at the following address <a href=\"mailto:hola@opticagracia.es\"><strong>hola@opticagracia.es<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once the above communication has been sent, and up to 7 working days later, the customer must send the product to the address: <strong>Avinguda Cavall Bernat, n\u00ba1, Playa de Aro, postcode 17250, (Girona)<\/strong>The costs related to the return or exchange will be borne by the customer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The product must be in perfect condition<\/strong>without having been used. It must include the accessories, documentation (Invoice Ticket + Proof of transport) and its original packaging.
