All branded glasses have a unique, non-transferable and exclusive numbering that identifies them as being sold by opticagracia.co.uk.
The package is considered to have been dispatched as soon as the carrier has delivered the product to the customer.
The customer must check the product upon delivery and report any transport damage within 48 hours of receipt and keep the carrier's receipt.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 working days from the date of delivery of your order to return it.
Conditions
- The delivery and collection costs in case of return shall be at the customer's expense.
- To make any returns, the product must be in perfect, unused and untouched condition and in its original unbroken packaging, in perfect condition..
- Any item that does not reach us in perfect condition and with its packaging in optimum condition will not be credited.

Once the above communication has been sent, and up to 7 working days later, the customer must send the product to the address: Avinguda Cavall Bernat, nº1, Playa de Aro, postcode 17250, (Girona)The costs related to the return or exchange will be borne by the customer.
The product must be in perfect conditionwithout having been used. It must include the accessories, documentation (Invoice Ticket + Proof of transport) and its original packaging. Once we have received the goods and checked their condition, we will proceed to the requested exchange or refund the amount.
