We know you're looking forward to receiving your new glasses, that's why Òptica Gràcia will send you the glasses directly to your home, or if you prefer, you can pick them up at Òptica Gràcia Palafrugell or also in Òptica Gràcia Platja d'Aro.
How does it work?
Before completing the purchase process you can choose to have your order delivered to your home address or to any of our 2 physical opticians (Òptica Gràcia Palafrugell or also in Òptica Gràcia Platja d'Aro).
From Express Post you will be able to track your shipment in real time by checking the tracking number you will receive by e-mail.
The day your order is ready, we will send you an email with the delivery date and tracking number so you can change it.

- Local delivery:
Deliveries within the locality of Platja d'Aro o Palafrugell will be carried out within 24/48h, in a manner free. - Spain:
Shipping within the country will cost 5,00€ with a lead time of approximately 4-5 working days. - Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
Deliveries will be made within 7 working days, at a cost of 14,50€. - Balearic Islands:
Deliveries will be made with a delivery time of 3-5 working days for a cost of 7,00€. - Portugal:
Deliveries to Portugal are made within 3-5 working days at a cost of 6,80€. - France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Italy:
The delivery time is 4-5 working days at a cost of 22,00€. - Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic:
The delivery time is 4-5 working days at a cost of 28,00€. - Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Slovakia, Croatia, Slovenia, Romania, Bosnia, Serbia, Switzerland:
The delivery time is 7-10 working days, depending on the distance, at a cost of 50,00€.
Important
Shipping costs are calculated for orders weighing up to 1 kg. For larger orders, please send us an email with the order to be placed together with your billing details so that we can charge according to the weight and volume of the order.
Please note that some shipments may incur a customs charge depending on the destination. These amounts are outside the scope of Òptica Gràcia and must be paid for once the order reaches you.
Warranties and after-sales service
All the glasses on display at opticagracia.co.uk are genuine and certified original brands and have a 2-year warranty which covers only the manufacturing defects.
The guarantee covers the replacement or repair of the defective part. In order to invoke the guarantee, it shall be necessary to present the original card and certificates enclosed with the glasses + the invoice or purchase receipt + and its original packaging and box.
The guarantee does not cover the windows (scratches, breakage due to mishandling of both the frame and the lenses).
In the event of any replacement of parts not included in the warranty or outside the warranty period, opticagracia.co.uk undertakes to send a quotation via e-mail before making any arrangements.
